Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the stems from the mushroom caps and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and spinach mixture.

Place the stuffed mushroom caps on a baking sheet.

Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
