Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Slice off the top of the loaf of bread and hollow out the center, leaving a shell.

In a pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

In a bowl, combine the cooked ground beef mixture, mozzarella cheese, beaten egg, milk, salt, black pepper, and parsley.

Fill the hollowed-out loaf of bread with the stuffing mixture.
