In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

While the brownies are baking, prepare the strawberry truffle topping. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

Stir in the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Let the strawberry truffle mixture cool for about 5 minutes, then stir in the chopped strawberries.
