In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, orange zest, sugar, and salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

In a small saucepan, heat orange juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

Drizzle the orange syrup over the crepes.

Roll up the crepes and garnish with powdered sugar and fresh orange slices.
