  3. Dissolve gelatin in water and heat until it becomes clear.
  4. Add gelatin mixture to the strawberry puree and mix well.
  5. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
  7. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  8. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
