In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to brown, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Remove the crepe from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.

Fill each crepe with sliced strawberries and fold into quarters.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
