Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and melted.

Stir in the key lime juice and lime zest.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
