Strawberry Bread & Strawberry Butter

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mash the strawberries and mix in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

While the bread is cooling, prepare the strawberry butter by mixing the strawberry jam with softened butter.

Once the bread is completely cooled, slice and serve with the strawberry butter.
