Sticky Buns
Sticky buns are believed to have originated in Sweden and were brought to America by Swedish immigrants.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt.

Heat milk and butter in a saucepan until warm. Add the milk mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter over the dough.

In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the dough.

Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.

Place the buns in a greased baking dish. Let them rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the buns for 20-25 minutes.

Optional: Sprinkle pecans on top before baking.

Let the sticky buns cool for a few minutes before serving.
