Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.

In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan with spinach and garlic. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pasta and toss until well coated.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
