Spinach, Artichoke and Swiss Cheese Bread Pudding

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Cut the French bread into cubes and set aside.

In a large skillet, sauté the spinach and artichoke hearts until wilted.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Add the bread cubes, sautéed spinach and artichoke hearts, and Swiss cheese to the mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
