Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.

Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until just combined. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Before serving, decorate the cheesecake with whipped cream in a spiderweb pattern. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
