Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.

In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in milk and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms.

In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon.

Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Roll each ball in the brown sugar mixture.

Place the coated balls in the greased bundt pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
