  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the batter over the crust in the pan. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on top. Swirl with a knife.
  5. Pour the remaining batter over the chocolate layer. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Swirl again.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
