Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the crumb topping: all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the batter.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes.

Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
