Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal squares.

Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples and pears.

In a bowl, combine the sliced fruits, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and lemon juice.

Place the fruit mixture on one half of each puff pastry square, leaving a border.

Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and press the edges to seal.
