  2. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, finely chopped dill, sliced green onions, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a work surface and brush it lightly with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and repeat the process with olive oil. Continue until you have six layers of oiled phyllo dough.
  4. Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the top layer of phyllo dough.
  5. Roll the layered phyllo and spinach mixture into a long cylinder shape, starting from one edge.
  6. Transfer the rolled spanakopita onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the top with olive oil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let the spanakopita rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
