In a large saucepan, melt the cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese over medium heat.

Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, black beans, corn kernels, jalapeno pepper, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and salt.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.

Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and lime juice.

Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.
