In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the raisins.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
