Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat together the sour cream, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the bottom of the pie crust.
