In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared crust. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate bar pieces.
