  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry puree onto the cream cheese mixture, then swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  5. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the raspberry swirls.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, garnish with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
