  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with graham cracker squares.
