S’mores Brownie Bars
S’mores are a popular campfire treat in the United States, typically made by sandwiching a toasted marshmallow and a piece of chocolate between two graham crackers.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 75 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate bar pieces over the top.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 30 minutes.

Once cooled, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
