In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the oats, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until well combined.

Fold in the chopped peanuts and chocolate chips.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to set.

Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.
