S’more granola bars are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, combining the flavors of s’mores with the convenience of granola bars.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
  3. In a saucepan, melt honey and peanut butter together until smooth. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle marshmallows on top. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly toasted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into bars.
