Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.

In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.

Peel and core the apples, then slice them thinly.

Spread the butter over the puff pastry sheet, then sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly.

Arrange the apple slices on top of the sugar-cinnamon mixture.

Roll up the puff pastry sheet tightly, starting from one end.
