Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and melt the butter.

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and mix until well combined.

Pour the brownie batter over the crust in the baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the dish for 10 minutes.

While the brownies are still warm, place marshmallows on top and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are soft and slightly toasted.

Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the dish.

Once cooled, melt the milk chocolate and drizzle it over the marshmallow layer.
