Slowly pour in the chicken broth while stirring continuously. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Add milk, smoked Gouda cheese, and blue cheese to the pot. Stir until the cheese is melted and the soup is smooth.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
