Slice the cucumbers into thick rounds.

Place the cucumber rounds in a large bowl and use a muddler or the bottom of a glass to smash them until they break apart.

In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the juice of one lime and a pinch of salt.

Drizzle the honey over the smashed cucumbers and toss to coat.

Divide the smashed cucumbers onto plates and top with dollops of the lime yogurt.
