Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash them and let them cool.

In a large bowl, combine the rye flour, softened butter, sugar, and egg. Mix well to form a dough.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Roll out the dough and line a tart pan with it, pressing it firmly into the bottom and sides.

Peel and grate the carrots, parsnip, turnip, and beetroot.

In a separate bowl, mix the grated vegetables with sour cream, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.

Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the tart crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
