Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the flour and cinnamon until the dough comes together.

Divide the dough into 12 portions and press each portion into a greased muffin tin, creating a cup shape.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Once the cookie cups have cooled, dust them with the cinnamon powdered sugar mixture.
