Shell Bell’s Green Bean Casserole
Green bean casserole was created by the Campbell Soup Company in 1955 and has since become a classic Thanksgiving side dish in America.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the green beans for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.

Add the green beans to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle the French fried onions on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the onions are golden brown.

Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
