Herbed Cheese Puffs
Herbed cheese puffs, also known as ‘gougères’, are a classic French appetizer often served at cocktail parties and wine tastings.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a saucepan, melt the butter with water, milk, and salt over medium heat.

Add the flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.

Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh herbs.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
