  2. Spread the pretzels evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  4. Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels, making sure they are all coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the dark chocolate chips over the hot pretzels. Let them sit for a few minutes to melt, then spread the chocolate evenly with a spatula.
