Cut off the top of the boule bread and hollow out the center, leaving about a 1-inch thick shell.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, diced jalapeno pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out boule bread.

Place the filled boule bread on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
