  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry paneer until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool and then blend it into a smooth paste.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and add the blended spinach mixture.
  7. Add garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  8. Add water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Add fried paneer and cook for another 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with rice or naan.
