  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add spinach leaves and cook until they wilt.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool down and then blend it into a smooth paste.
  7. Heat the same pan again and add the spinach paste. Cook for a few minutes.
  8. Add fried paneer cubes and garam masala. Mix well.
  9. Finally, add fresh cream and cook for another minute.
  10. Serve hot with naan or rice.
