  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crust ingredients: all-purpose flour, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the filling ingredients: canned pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt. Pour the filling over the crust.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients: chopped pecans, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and melted butter. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the filling.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the filling is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
