In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, chopped walnuts, and salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the honey in warm water. Add the natural leaven and stir until well combined.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a loaf pan.
