Roll out the pie crust and place it in a tart pan.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the zucchini, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese evenly over the pie crust.

Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the tart is golden brown.
