Broccoli Rabe with Polenta Croutons

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli rabe and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In the same pot, prepare the polenta according to the package instructions.

While the polenta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the cooked broccoli rabe to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Once the polenta is ready, cut it into crouton-sized cubes.

Heat olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add the polenta cubes and cook until crispy on all sides.

Serve the sautéed broccoli rabe with the polenta croutons on top.
