  4. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into small circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the pork filling in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the dough in half and seal the edges by pinching them together.
  7. Arrange the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with soy sauce or dipping sauce of your choice.
