Wild-Mushroom Bundles
Wild mushrooms are known for their rich umami flavor and can add depth to any dish.
This is vegetarian, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 50 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean and slice the wild mushrooms.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the mushrooms release their moisture.

Remove the mushroom mixture from heat and let it cool.

Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter.

Place a spoonful of mushroom mixture on one end of the phyllo dough and fold it into a bundle.

Repeat with the remaining phyllo dough and mushroom mixture.

Place the bundles on a baking sheet and brush them with melted butter.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Let the bundles rest for 5 minutes before serving.
