  3. Dissolve the instant coffee in the hot cream and remove from heat.
  4. Pour the coffee-infused cream over the melted white chocolate and stir until smooth.
  5. Stir in the cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
  6. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  7. Once chilled, use a small scoop or spoon to portion out the truffle mixture and roll into balls.
  8. Roll each truffle in the roasted hazelnuts to coat.
  9. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
