Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.

Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in lemon juice.
