Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.

Gradually whisk in the milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Remove the pot from heat and stir in the cooked macaroni, broccoli florets, and cheddar cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
