In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.

Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan using a spatula or wax paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispie mixture and spread evenly.

Let the bars cool for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set.

Cut into bars and serve.
