  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispie mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Let the bars cool for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.
