Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate large bowl, beat sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until well blended.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, mixing until just combined.

Fold in chopped nuts and chopped rhubarb.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
