  1. In a food processor, combine the flour, butter, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until the dough comes together.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion of the dough into a circle about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
  7. Cut the dough into 8 wedges and roll each wedge tightly from the wider end to the point.
  8. Place the rugelach on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow the rugelach to cool completely on a wire rack.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
